What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a gift card leaves our secure inventory, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the code; therefore, after an order has been sent we cannot return or exchange it. Please be careful when selecting the card that you wish to buy.
We do offer a 100% guarantee that you will receive a valid, and authentic gift code. For any technical issues, our expert support staff will be more than happy to assist you.
When will I receive my code?
Your order will be delivered as soon as your approved payment (Credit Card) is accepted!
Most orders are fulfilled within 5-15 minutes of your purchase. Payments are not captured until the order is emailed to the buyer.
Please note: Guests and New Registered Users may have a delay in delivery as they may be sent a simple verification request to verify the account holder. Once complete the order will be sent to your email.

How will I receive my code?
All codes were purchased in the US and will be sent through email delivery. These codes will only work on their associated stores (IE: iTunes cards only work on the iTunes Store, and Google Play cards only work on the Google Play store). In order to receive the card you must send payment and it must be approved before the card will be sent via email.
Do I have to create an account with your website to get a game card?
No you can checkout as a guest.
Do I have to pay a commission on top of the card amount?
